A brand new press service:

PR-Inside - 3.4 euro to post one

https://hype.news/en/Issue Wire - free tier includes just 1 PR
But you have to pay for 2 Press Releases to get a free one upon signup. The ultimate bait and switch tactic. Not really free at all. It will cost you $21.00 to get their "free" deal.

A truly free press release at the bottom end. You can pay for extra features. But the base press release is always free. Plus you can get a free business listing on their sites with a link back to your website.

Free Press Release
You get a free press release, but you cannot inlude links in it. It's very stripped down.http://www.free-press-release.com/pricing-services/
PR.COM
It's not free at all, despite what other may say. It's $60 to $300 for various features. They don't even deserve a backlink on this blog.OnLinePRNews.com
Another one that is NOT free. No backlink for them here.PressReleasePoint.com
A blog listing and free press release resource. https://www.pressreleasepoint.com/ But it's not free. It's $10 to list one. Nearly impossible to register your company without paying the $10 fee. The register page has many software defects that make it impossible to complete the registration.Wordpress.com
Another way to get backlinks is to make a free wordpress.com account, add your website and email to your profile, plus add a picture of yourself. Then you use ubersuggest.com to find competitors who have backlinks on other wordpress blog pages, then you go to those wordpress blogs and post a comment with your wordpress.com credentials. Your link from your profile will likely appear as a link under your profile photo. Sneaky but very clever.Write Blogs for Others
Another way to get backlinks is to write guest blogs. Here's a great place to start. https://www.sitepronews.com/call-for-writers/Directory Services
