How to Stop Domain Email Spoofing

How to Stop Domain Email Spoofing

see this link:
https://organicweb.com.au/marketing/fix-email-spoofing/

Summary:
Use SPF, DKIM and DEMARK to monitor and stop spoofing

  1. Add SPF records to your DNS for those servers you use for sending email messages. I use Google G Suite for everyday messages, Mailchimp for email marketing and Mailgun for transactional sending. I therefore need to add SPF records for these three services.
  2. Add DKIM records for the services where you added SPF records.
  3. Sign up for, and activate, the free DMARC reports by Postmark. You’ll need to add a TXT record to your domain specifying the DMARC requirements. The TXT record will look something like the below (Postmark will give you the exact syntax to add):
    v=DMARC1; p=none; pct=100; rua=mailto:12345example@dmarc.postmarkapp.com; sp=none; aspf=r;

Stop others sending email messages from your domain

The DMARC record that Postmark provides is very good for identifying which servers send emails purporting to be from your domain. The DMARC record however doesn’t instruct servers receiving messages that fail your SPF and DKIM alignment to do anything with the messages. We can amend the DMARC record to quarantine any messages that fail SPF and DKIM alignment (i.e. send those messages directly to the spam/junk folder of the recipient). To quarantine messages that fail alignment amend the TXT record for DMARC then change the TXT record to be like:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; pct=100; rua=mailto:12345example@dmarc.postmarkapp.com; sp=quarantine; aspf=r;
Before you instruct messages that fail SPF or DKIM alignment to be quarantined it is important to ensure that messages being legitimately sent from email sending services you use are aligning both SPF and DKIM.

Magento: Completely Disabling Frontend Customer Registration

Completely Disable Customer Registration on Magento Front End

Russian hackers have found your Magento store, and are registering fake user accounts, and bypassing captcha, and are doing it repeatedly every day. This is annoying the people who are getting spammed by your store.  Despite having CAPTCHA, the Russians have figured out how to automate the registration processing. You can easily disable customer registration, yet still allow the administrator to manually register customers.

I have done all of these other tricks in the admin GUI, however still adding customer/account/create/ to the end of the webstore still persists with a create account page. Any ideas what I can do here? I have a webstore in which we manually create each account, however it appears someone has found the loophole and persists in creating an account. Too many fake Russian and Soviet user accounts keep on being registered on my Magento, and they are using my Magento to SPAM other people.

The best way to disable registration is to use URL rewrite in the CATALOGUE menu, then "URL ReWrite Management" to create a custom rule to disable and redirect the registration page back to the logon page.
Use the Catalog Menu, then URL Rewrite Management

Add a rule just like this

This is what it will look like

RedOxygen Outlook Add-in Fails to Startup or is Disabled

You have Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016 and you have RedOxygen Outlook Add-in and it fails to startup or starts up in the list of disabled add-ins. Here's how you fix it. You Can force it start everytime.

Open your registry editor. To do this, open your Windows Start menu and type "regedit".

Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office> Outlook > Addins >Red Oxygen.OfficeSMS. Note what the LoadBehavior is set to. It will be a number like 0 or 1 or 3.

Close Word (or Excel or Outlook). Make sure the "winword.exe" process is not running in the Windows Task Manager. Open the registry editor again.

Double-click the registry key to edit it. Change the Load Behavior to "3". Close the registry editor. Re-open the registry editor to ensure "3" is still there.

Start up Outlook now.
