How Do I Setup An External Time Source For My Windows Domain Controller using w32tm?

Windows Time Sync Commands

Net Stop W32Time
W32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:"time.nist.gov"
W32tm /config /reliable:yes
Net Start W32Time
W32tm /config /update
w32tm /resync

Strip Chart Test

w32tm /stripchart /computer:"time-nw.nist.gov" /samples:5 /dataonly

An Example

C:\Users\Administrator>w32tm /stripchart /computer:"pool.ntp.org" /samples:5 /dataonly
