Windows Time Sync Commands

Net Stop W32Time
W32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:"time.nist.gov"
W32tm /config /reliable:yes
Net Start W32Time
W32tm /config /update
w32tm /resync

w32tm /stripchart /computer:"time-nw.nist.gov" /samples:5 /dataonly
